welcome to the allen's tree farm, just outside of oregon city, oregon... 
this is the 3rd time we have gone here. we loved it so much that we keep on coming back to the same farm...
and can you blame us? beautiful, cheap...
and FUN! so, the search starts for the perfect tree for our bedroom...
it can't be too small...
TOO BIG...
or too weird! it's gotta' be...
perfect!
so, after finding it, chopping it down (see the video below for some laughs), and binding it... 
we paid a whole $12 dollars for our tree ($10 dollars for the tree itself, and $2 for a tip for this strapping young man who carried it to our blazer)...
not too shabby, huh?...gotta' love living in oregon, the land of the christmas trees!
