son of a beach!

so illya and i took off one sunday to ocean city, maryland. it took us 3 hours to get there. being from portland, which is only 1 1/2 hours away from the oregon coast, and then going to pensacola florida, with the beach being only a 15 minute drive from our front door, 3 hours seemed like forever! but, once we got there, we had a blast! we went with our friends, natalie and ammon, plus their 2 kids. we played, we ate, we watched some surfers in the water. we even saw dolpins swimming just off the shore line!! it was all worth the sore muscles and backaches we got from a long, never ending car ride (i could never hack it as a pioneer)!
